Group Management
Most people are part of plural systems for most, if not all of their lives. Those who are in endogenic systems typically treasure their plurality, and communicate with each other often. However, no group is perfect, and occasionally there may be small issues or dilemmas that must be taken care of. This is to be expected even in physical groups- a group full of ordinary yet well-adjusted people will still run into conflicts from time to time. When it comes to something as personal as plurality, this may be magnified in some aspects, especially due to the nature of sharing one brain and life together. More covert or hidden groups may require more help than others, and while help for endogenic systems doesn't usually involve a complex psychiatric intervention, information on how to manage a group and deal with conflicts can be invaluable to newly discovered plural systems.
This section is aimed at helping plural systems figure out themselves, manage members and keep communication pathways open, as well as forming healthy relationships with others in the system.
